Format: 1v1 Constructed.
Match structure: Best of 3 games per match.
Tournament structure: Typically includes a number of Swiss rounds based on player attendance, followed by a top cut (e.g., Top 4 or Top 8) for the highest-ranking players.
Prizing
We are awaiting a shipment to determine if we will have packs on hand or if we will be giving out vouchers for packs or Store Credit Equivalent.
Participation: Promotional cards are given to all participants, often based on supplies lasting.
Top Cut: Players who advance to the top cut receive additional promos.
Champion: The event winner receives a special champion playmat and a Round 1 bye at a Regional Qualifier tournament.
Other prizes: Additional prizing, such as store credit or booster packs, may be awarded to top players.
Note: Event entries are only guaranteed if you purchase a ticket with a valid account at the store or on the website. Entries on the the UVSgames.com website will not be honored. It is advised you purchase a ticket to reserve your slot in the event.

We reserve the right to cancel any excessive or exploitative purchases (buyouts) at our discretion. This measure is in place to protect product availability for our local community and regular customers. If a buyout order is cancelled, any applicable payments will be refunded.
Escape Adventures
Escape Adventures require a 50% deposit to lock in your booking. In the event you need to reschedule, You can do so up to 24 Hours before your booking. If you need to cancel the booking and you paid in full (prior to 24 hours), You will be refunded the non-deposit portion of your booking. If you are within 24 hours of your booking we will not be able to refund you or change your booking.
Please be on time, if you are beyond 15 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
In the event of weather related closings, we will work with you to reschedule your booking.
Court Rentals
Court Rentals require a 100% deposit to lock in your booking. In the event you need to reschedule, You can do so up to 24 Hours before your booking. If you need to cancel the booking and you paid in full (prior to 24 hours), You will be refunded the non-deposit portion of your booking. If you are within 24 hours of your booking we will not be able to refund you or change your booking.
Please be on time, Your booking may not be able to be extended due to bookings after yours.
In the event of weather related closings, we will work with you to reschedule your booking.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

''Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

''Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
